Before the Course Begins

Requests for cancellation made before the programme start date are eligible for a refund, subject to a nominal administrative deduction.

After the Course Begins

Once a programme has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable as seats are limited and resources are allocated per batch. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually.
